PAYMENT

Conveniently pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal account. Magic fairy dust sprinkled onto each and every order by SND staff is life-changing (yes!) and complimentary.

CURRENCY & SALES TAX

Prices are in U.S. dollars. By law, Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax (on order subtotal, without shipping).

PROCESSING TIMES

We want to you receive your purchases fast, right and in wonderful condition. Orders received M-F by 1pm CST typically ship next-day, and are prepared with great TLC. Custom work has different processing times, but we'll let you know when you can expect it during our conversations! 

During peak/holiday times, orders ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of order.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you aren't over-the-moon happy with your order from SND, please contact us via email (hello@shelbynickeldesigns.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase, so we can make it right - and right away!

Returns: Goods you wish to return must be received at our studio within 14 days of the day they were delivered to your address. Items returned must be unopened, in original packaging and sellable condition. Upon our receipt of any returned items, a full refund of your merchandise cost (not including shipping) will be issued to the form of payment used to make your purchase. 

U.S. SHIPPING

Orders are assembled and shipped by our Team from our Waco, Texas studio via FedEx Ground or USPS, and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Need something faster? No problem. Please reach out via email (hello@shelbynickeldesigns.com) so we may review options and costs with you for FedEx Express.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We promise to prepare, package and ship your order with great care for its great journey to you from our studio in Waco, Texas.

USPS is the most cost-effective carrier for international shipping from the U.S. Your package will be shipped by that means unless you request otherwise and before placing your order. Most international packages arrive via USPS within 10-14 business days of the shipment leaving our studio.

Unforeseen delays in customs may occur. These are outside of our control and will, unfortunately, delay delivery beyond the standard 10-14 business days timeline. Please allow for possible customs delays in your estimate of arrival date.

Be advised USPS provides tracking information only while the package is in the United States, as foreign countries do not scan USPS packages or update the USPS tracking system. Once your package leaves the U.S. en route to its international destination, tracking information for the balance of the package’s trek is not available from USPS.

If you would prefer expedited shipping and international tracking service via FedEx, please email us before placing your order so we may plan accordingly, and provide you a cost estimate for approval and payment: hello@shelbynickeldesigns.com. It’s our true pleasure to be of assistance in this manner.

We make every effort to ensure your order is carefully, protectively packaged and clearly marked for its destination. If an international package is lost or delayed in customs, Shelby Nickel Designs® will not be held liable.
